PPA has assembled a legislative protocol to restore our Pennsylvania Justice System to what it once was.

This is built on four principles :

1. Must not disturb the common law precedents established by William Penn and William Markham.
2. Seeks to clarify, not to create.
3. Identify where we have lost our way and return to that point.
4. Address any public safety concerns that have not been previously addressed.
