Mission 28

This is the PPA legislative protocol, and collectively it is known as Mission 28. Our goal is to have this entire legislation protocol passed by 2028. This will involve the combination of at least one PA Constitutional Amendment, maybe more, and a robust criminal justice omnibus bill.

PPA has assembled a legislative protocol to restore our Pennsylvania Justice System to what it once was.

This is built on five principles :

1. Must not disturb the common law precedents established by William Penn and William Markham.
2. Seeks to clarify, not to create.
3. Identify where we have lost our way and return to that point.
4. Everything must tell the same story.
5. Address any public safety concerns that have not been previously addressed.
